Ricky Morse works with C-Suite executives in targeted verticals that include insurance, healthcare, and other key markets. He collaborates with Call Center Sales Pro President Janet Livingston to strategically pursue select call center work in these verticals, with the goal of establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Ricky has spent the last seven years in the call center arena, working for answering service giant Stericycle. Before that he was with Appletree Answers. Ricky helped both organizations propel their rapid organic growth. With his vast background, he has worked with virtually every vertical market and applies this expertise to support Call Center Sales Pro’s call center clients.
