Mark Hansen(Senior Consultant)
Mark has over twenty years of cooperate education experience. His background includes education roles in both cooperate call centers and outsourced contact centers. In addition to the many years of call center experience, Mark also worked in the entertainment industry as a HR Training Specialist with Caesar’s Entertainment which helped to sharpen his customer service knowledge. Mark’s areas of expertise include New Hire Orientation, Continuing Education, Quality Assurance and Leadership Development. In his most recent role Mark was before joining CCSP Mark was focused on the success of a nationwide leadership development program aimed at Team Leads and Supervisors.
