Contact center veteran joins leading industry consultancy to help serve more clients, better
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: October 4, 2017
Minneapolis, MN: Call Center Sales Pro, a leading call center consultancy, announced that Brad Swift has joined their team and will serve as the national sales manager. Swift’s focus is on providing structure and organization to Call Center Sales Pro’s sales and marketing efforts, with the goal of letting the industry know the many ways this leading consultancy can help telephone answering services and call centers enhance quality, distinguish themselves from the competition, and grow their business.
Most of Call Center Sales Pro’s growth to date has been a result of organic sales that resulted from founder, Janet Livingston’s, industry reputation and proven record of accomplishments. She is known as a person who makes things happen and gets the job done. This has been further enhanced by the respective reputations and network of contacts from Call Center Sales Pro’s team of industry experts, knowledgeable consultants, and experienced call center leaders.
“I’m ecstatic to have a person of Brad Swift’s caliber join our team,” said Janet Livingston. “Brad will provide additional structure to our sales and marketing efforts, which will better organize our processes and help us function more efficiently. This will have the further benefit of allowing me to focus on the things that I do best and serve our clients even more effectively.”
Brad Swift is equally excited for the opportunity that lays before him. “I’m excited to join the Call Center Sales Pro team and look forward to helping call centers and telephone answering services in North America grow, improve, and realize greater success.”
Brad Swift has a career of experience in the call center and telephone answering service industry. Most notably he spent nearly eighteen years working for Amtelco, a key vendor of call center hardware, software, and services. In this role Swift served as sales manager, where he helped educate customers on Amtelco products and worked with them to optimize their call centers’ infrastructure.
As sales manager at Amtelco, Swift also reviewed existing business practices, marketing strategies, and product offerings to better align them with customer needs and requests. In his expanded role at Call Center Sales Pro, Swift expects to do more of this type of analysis and strategic planning.
“Our goal in bringing Brad on board,” said Livingston, “was primarily to enable us to do the things we do better and to help more call centers reach their potential. Company growth will be a happy side effect of this, but the emphasis is always on our clients and being able to best serve them.”
